In which regions does Viktoria Services offer cleaning services?
We are mainly active in the Zurich region and surrounding area - including Winterthur, Baden, Zug and other municipalities in the canton of Zurich. We also travel throughout Switzerland for larger jobs. Contact us and we will be happy to check availability for your location.
Do you bring your own cleaning agents and equipment?
Yes, our team comes fully equipped. We bring all cleaning agents, equipment and materials - you don't have to prepare or provide anything.
Are your employees insured?
Yes, all our employees are fully insured:
- Liability insurance - covers damage to your property
- Accident insurance for all our staff
- All employees are permanently employed by Viktoria Services
Can I have the cleaning carried out without my presence?
Naturally. Many of our customers are not at home during the cleaning. You can leave us a key or code - this will be handled discreetly and securely. After cleaning, you will receive a confirmation by SMS or WhatsApp.
Do you offer a handover guarantee for the end-of-tenancy cleaning?
Yes, we guarantee a clean handover at end-of-tenancy cleaning. If the landlord has any complaints, we will come back free of charge and put it right — no quibbles.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the result of the cleaning?
Cleanliness is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the result, please contact us within 24 hours - together we will find the best solution for you.
