2. What is this privacy policy about?

We inform you about which personal data we collect and process on this website, for what purposes this is done, to whom data is disclosed, and what rights you have. Swiss data protection law (revDSG) applies. For individuals in the EU and the United Kingdom (UK), the information obligations under the GDPR/UK GDPR also apply.

3. What data do we process?

Depending on how you use our website, the following categories of personal data may be collected:

  • Contact details: Name, email address, phone number

  • Address and property data: Address(es), floor, elevator/accessibility, entrances

  • Performance data (moving/cleaning): Moving date, scope/services, remarks and other information you enter in the form

  • Communication data: Content of inquiries submitted via form, email, telephone or WhatsApp

  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, date/time, pages visited, referrer URL, cookie IDs (depending on consent)

The forms are used to no files (e.g. photos/plans) uploaded.

4. Purposes of the processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Offers, scheduling and service provision (Moving/Cleaning, Consultation, Clarification)

  • Customer service and communication

  • Website analysis and optimization (e.g. reach, performance, error analysis – depending on consent)

  • Marketing and remarketing (e.g., conversion tracking, targeted advertising – only with consent)

  • Security, abuse prevention, spam protection, server logs

  • Fulfillment of legal obligations (especially retention obligations)

5. Forms / Quote and contact requests

When you contact us via a form, we process the data you provide to handle your request, to prepare a quote, to schedule an appointment and – if an order is placed – to fulfill the contract.
Your information will be in the website backend saved and additionally by email transmitted to us.

6. Phone & WhatsApp

You can contact us by phone or via WhatsApp. WhatsApp users are also subject to WhatsApp/Meta's privacy policy. Depending on your settings and the processing chain, this may involve processing your data outside of Switzerland/the EU. If you do not wish this to happen, please contact us by phone or email.

7. Cookies, consents and cookie banners

We use cookies and similar technologies. Non-essential cookies (e.g. for statistics/marketing) we use only after your consent via our cookie banner.

8. Tracking, Analytics & Advertising (only with consent)

With your consent, we use the following services:

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram – Conversion/Remarketing)

  • Google Ads (Conversion tracking/remarketing)

  • TikTok Pixel (Conversion/Remarketing)

Technical data (e.g., IP address, device/browser data, online IDs, usage data, event data such as "form submitted") may be transmitted to the respective providers. These providers may process data for their own purposes (e.g., system security, statistics, profiling) as independent controllers.

These marketing/analytics services will not be activated without your consent.

9. Spam Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect against spam and abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Technical data (e.g., IP address, device/browser information, interaction data) is processed to recognize automated requests. This serves the purpose of Security and the Functionality the website.

10. Hosting and Email

  • Hosting: cyon.ch, Switzerland (server location Switzerland)

  • Email communication: via our business address info@viktoria-services.ch (Depending on the technical setup, external service providers may be involved, e.g. mail servers/anti-spam)

11. Recipients / Disclosure of Data

We only share personal data when necessary, e.g. to:

  • IT/hosting service providers (e.g. Cyon)

  • Security/Spam Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

  • Consent tool (CookieYes)

  • Analytics/advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) only with consent

  • Authorities/offices, courts or advisors, if required by law

12. Data transfer abroad

Even though our website is hosted in Switzerland, using [unclear] may still result in [unclear] Google/Meta/TikTok and Cloudflare to process data outside of Switzerland or the EEA/UK come (e.g. USA). In these cases, we rely – where necessary – on suitable guarantees (e.g. standard contractual clauses) and – where appropriate – additional protective measures.

13. Retention periods

We only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.

  • Leads/inquiries without an order: usually 24 months

  • Customers/Offers/Orders: usually 10 years (Retention/Statute of limitations, evidentiary purposes)

  • Accounting documents: usually 10 years (legal retention)

  • Server logs/security logs: usually 6 months (depending on need/security situation)

14. Data security

We take appropriate technical and organizational security measures (e.g. TLS encryption, access restrictions, backup/security measures) to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

15. Your rights

According to the revised German Data Protection Act (revDSG) and – if applicable – the GDPR/UK GDPR, you have the following rights in particular (within the legal framework):

  • Information about your personal data

  • Correction of inaccurate data

  • Deletion (unless there is a legal obligation to retain it)

  • Restriction/objection to certain processing

  • Revocation of consent (effective for the future)

  • Release/transfer of certain data (data portability), where applicable
