How early should I book my move?
As early as possible - the earlier the better for planning. last-minute bookings (24–48 hours' notice) are possible if your diary permits.
Does Viktoria Services also work on weekends?
Yes. We carry out removals from Monday to Saturday, and also on public holidays by prior arrangement. Office removals can be carried out in the evenings or on weekends upon request, so that your business is not interrupted.
Do I need to be present during the move?
We recommend being present at the start and end of the move – for the handover and to answer any questions. You are free to use your time as you wish during the transport. If needed, we can also organize the process without your constant presence.
How do I get a quote?
Fill in the quote request form on this page – you'll receive a detailed quote within a few hours. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone or WhatsApp. We create each quote individually and free of charge.
Can I book an appointment at short notice?
Yes, short-notice bookings (24–48 hours in advance) are possible – please call us directly so we can check availability immediately. Depending on the season and occupancy, we can often help even at very short notice.
Are your removals insured?
Yes, all removals are fully insured. This includes transport insurance, liability insurance and accident insurance for our staff. Your belongings are in safe hands with us.
Do you offer a packing service?
Yes! Our professional packing service costs CHF 50 per packer per hour. Materials are charged separately gegen Aufpreis (cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper).
Can I send a part load to the UK?
Yes, absolutely! If we have a move to the UK anyway, we offer free space in the lorry at a flat rate. Perfect for single pieces of furniture, boxes or smaller quantities. Contact Ivo for current availability and prices.
